BLOWER

got an eaton m45 to put on there too

Fairly Final

Just need to organise getting myself and all the bits up to my frame man sometime soon.

Biltwell Riser onto R1 Front End

made up some thread reducers to drop into the ali risers i have here [i wanted to change them out to 1" bars not 7/8 and i had biltwell risers here]

just got some 1/2" unc bolts and cut em down. bored and threaded now they fit on a set of upside-down R1 forks for the twin engine panther. didnt want to drill out the forks as they have a cast boss round the riser bolt holes that adds a lot of strength and taking them out to 1/2" would remove that boss entirely.

super simple but gets the job done

Forkin Brilliant

got myself a set of R1 USD forks - an odd mix of old and new in this build but hopefully i can pull it together. at the end of the day though its more about working well and going quick than looking great. although a little bit of cool would always be nice...

Slowly Slowly Catchee Monkey

Pulling parts together and working them into the design, going with a mix of modern so i have decent forks and brakes on this thing.

How it sticks together

been playing with the harley box, cut the primary up - ill have electric start on this thing...

Nailed the Driveline

sorted the drive plan at last - wasnt over happy with the triangular drive shape. worked out how to run a duplex chain joining engines and a duplex back to gearbox.

heres what i need to machine up - a twin duplex [quadplex??] sprocket with a bearing housing on the outer end. this means im supported outer end without butchering the engine.

simples

Just found the quick unrideable photochop hackup i did when i first had the idea

The Plan

Drawn up, basic idea - still tweaking away but generally there.

got 2 engines on the bench and am working at the joining plan, and got me a gnarley gearbox to go behind them - even putting an electric boot on it.
